I’m inclined to say blogs should get preference, but really, anything that is will be accepted — old or new. My only proviso is if we’ve already had it in the carnival, we won’t run it. Don’t worry about digging through the carnival archives though; we’ll rely on my dodgy memory.

So, about the new rules. Are we talking about satire written in blog posts specifically? Do the posts need to stilll be recent ones, or can we share something we dug up out of someone’s archives?
